My background in Focusing

I trained in Focusing-oriented Therapy at the University of East Anglia (UEA) in 2005-6. I am a co-ordinator for the Focusing Institute in New York. I taught Focusing and Focusing-oriented Therapy for a number of years at UEA.

Qualifications

MA in Focusing and Experiential Psychotherapy
Focusing Co-ordinator for Focusing Institute
EdD research into Experiential Focusing and the processes that lead to personal change.
