Testimonials
Heather Tetley has been in my life for 12 enriching years.
Initially as a focusing teacher, in which we both learned as we went through the courses, & then as partners.
Heather brought to this all that she has richly accumulated in her life devoted to learning and seeking. I can’t say how profoundly grateful I am for her wisdom and ability to hold herself in presence.
Once she qualified this deepened; we are still focusing partners, and her ability to reflect my felt experience always heightens my insight.
Narayoni Crag
I have known Hajah for many years, as a student and trainee, and now as a friend and Focusing partner. Hajah has deepened her understanding and practice of Focusing over this time.
Her personal qualities include a deep commitment to spiritual practice and her own personal journey, as well as wanting to share this with others, and support people on their journey of personal growth and development.
I am happy to recommend her as a BFA member.
