Become a BFA Member

Who can join?

Once you are qualified as a Focusing Practitioner, Teacher, Mentor or Focusing oriented therapist or other equivalent training listed below, then you are welcome to join the BFA.

UK-based certified Focusing professionals who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• BFA Recognised Practitioners, Teachers and Mentors
• Focusing Trainers certified with the Focusing Institute
• Focusing-Oriented Therapists certified with the Focusing Institute
• Focusing-Oriented therapists UEA
• Focusing Trainers recognised by the Institute for Biospiritual Research
• Focusing-Oriented Therapists who have completed the London Focusing FOT course

Overseas certified Focusing professionals who meet at least one of the following criteria:

• Trained with a UK based BFA Mentor or TIFI Coordinator
• Have been based in the UK as an existing member and have now moved (or returned) to another country
• Have connections with current BFA members, a sense of belonging to the BFA community and an affinity to BFA’s values
